We are Stephani and William Hunter, a husband and wife team offering focused, intensive bodywork to increase a sense of aliveness and wellbeing.  We want you to have an amazing experience of living in your body that inspires you.   

We have each been practicing since 1993 and combined our practice as Holistic Bodyworks in 2003.

Services We Offer

This is a nurturing, relaxing modality.  Manual Strokes from broad to specific are used to create a thorough, balanced experience.  Cleanse and detoxify  while relieving sore muscles and joints and alleviating stress.  Support the circulatory, lymphatic, endocrine and immune systems.

Massage For Children

Children can benefit greatly from Swedish massage.  Given the activities and computer work...not to mention the stress of growing up in  this fast paced society, massage is an amazing way for children to thrive, stay attentive, grounded and vibrant.   

Deep Tissue Massage

Firmer and more specific massage techniques are used to address tight, sore areas and bring a sense of wellbeing to the body as a whole. This is an in-depth way to counter balance the effect our busy lives have on our bodies.  Lingering pain from accidents, injury, overuse and past trauma can be addressed on a profound level.

Reflexology

Imagine a whole session focused completely on your feet. Reflex points are addressed that affect your entire body

Connective Tissue Massage (CTM)

CTM addresses the body's fascia, an elastic-like substance that surrounds the body's structures, supports and envelopes the entire body as a whole. Through long, slow stretching of the connective tissue a person can experience more ease of movement and relaxed alignment. Astonishing results can occur quickly as the connective tissue lengthens.

Prenatal/Labor/Postpartum Massage

Stephani is certified in using techniques and positioning intended specifically for the many challenges encountered during the birthing year.  This is a great time to slow down and be treated to a nurturing experience-preparing, refreshing and supporting the body, mind and spirit. 

Chair Massage/Seated Massage

We have been offering seated massage in all types of settings since 1992. This is an easy and cost effective way to reward clients or staff in the workplace or to bring the benefits of massage to guests at an event or gathering.  Also, we offer this modality in our office for those times when you need a  quick pick me up.

Access Bars Sessions

Holistic Bodyworks is now offering an amazing type of energy session called Access Consciousness Bars.  It's been said that just as reflexology works with the feet to open up areas in the body, Bars sessions work gently with points on the head to open up areas of your life. 

This is a super relaxing way to begin to let go of thoughts feelings, and belief structures that seem stuck in your consciousness...like running "delete file" on areas of your thinking that you aready to release.

Bodywork Series
